The amount of kefir that is drunk per day is no more than one and a half liters. The fat content of kefir is not more than 1%. The best option would be to prepare a certain group of foods each day. Salt, oil, fatty meats, bananas, grapes, alcohol, flour and bakery, sugar, milk are strictly prohibited. Remember to drink water between meals.
